Returns Policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy: 

To cancel your subscription auto-renewal, please log on to your account the day before your billing/renewal date if you do not wish to receive that months box. 

Alternatively, email us at, please contact us at least 2 business days before your subscription auto-renewal. 

Gift Subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation.  These subscriptions will expire after the original term. 

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns of unopened/unused boxes.  Contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Refund processing will be at our discretion. The box must be unopened in its original packaging and condition. The price of the items returned successfully within 14 days of arrival will be refunded to the account that was originally used to purchase the items. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged/Faulty Products: 

We are happy to replace or refund faulty or damaged item’s. If a product arrives damaged or not substantially as described we will accept returns for a full refund provided that we can confirm that your product was damaged. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery.  If fault/damage is agreed we will issue a full refund or a replacement as agreed.

You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.  All products not returned in accordance with the return procedure shall be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
